Nestled in the heart of West Palm Beach lies a breathtakingly beautiful venue that epitomizes the allure of Spanish Colonial architecture, complete with softly lit courtyards that seem to whisper tales of romance.

This hidden gem is the ideal choice for couples seeking an intimate and enchanting setting for their wedding in South Florida.

When April and Peter reached out to me to share the news that their wedding would be held at the Rich Hippies House in West Palm Beach, my excitement knew no bounds.

Having photographed weddings at numerous venues, the prospect of capturing their special day at the Rich Hippies House filled me with unparalleled enthusiasm. The anticipation of documenting a wedding where the bride's grandmother would serve as the officiant, without a traditional bridal party, and witnessing two families unite as one, added to the unique charm of this assignment.

Their circle of loved ones includes some of my favorite people (those who follow my blog might recall the wedding at Wine Scene), adding a personal touch to the occasion. The night was highlighted by heartfelt performances, including a rendition of "New York, New York" by the bride, her mother, and her grandmother, amidst countless moments of love, care, and connection.

This wedding was a journey of unexpected adventures and delightful surprises, culminating in April walking down the aisle to my favorite song, providing a glimpse into the magic of their day through my lens.

As I write this, a smile plays on my lips, filled with optimism for the wedding season of 2022. If this is how my year begins, it promises to be nothing short of spectacular. With my amber keepsake in hand, I fondly reminisce about the incredible day we shared.
